How long does it take to get started?
About 5 minutes. Create your account, fill in your practice details, and you can start registering patients straight away. No training needed, no lengthy onboarding process.
Do I need to be technical to use Lumira?
Not at all. If you can use WhatsApp and Google Calendar, you can use Lumira. It runs in your browser and on your phone with no installation required.
What exactly is the 5 patient limit on the Free plan?
You can register and actively manage 5 patients at a time. Once you hit that limit, you will need to upgrade to Pro to add more. Your existing data stays intact regardless of which plan you are on.

How can I contact customer support?
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@lumirahealth.co.id. We usually reply within a few hours during working days.
Do you provide weekend assistance?
Yes, our team monitors urgent requests on weekends. Response times may be slightly longer than weekdays, but anything blocking your practice is handled the same day.
Is live chat support available?
Live chat is available inside the app during working hours. Outside of those hours, your message goes into our queue and we get back to you on the next working day.
Where can I find detailed guides?
Every feature has a short walkthrough inside the app, and our help center has step-by-step guides with screenshots for the most common workflows.

Payments

How long does it take to process a payment?
Card and digital wallet payments are confirmed instantly. Bank transfers usually settle within one working day depending on your bank.
Are refunds handled automatically?
Refunds are processed manually so we can confirm the reason with you first. Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method within a few working days.
